Refund policy

*Cancellations:

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are only made due to Positive Covid-19 tests within your immediate family. A reschedule may run into the first week of the following month if the event was booked for the last week of the month.

*Weather:

Kartoon Kingdom doesn’t accept cancellations due to weather/rain.
